SINGAPORE EXCHANGE (SGX)

Singapore Exchange Limited is an investment holding company located in Singapore and provides different services related to securities and derivatives trading and others. SGX is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges and the Asian and Oceanian Stock Exchanges Federation. SGX is a critical financial critical infrastructure pivotal to financial market stability in Singapore and Asia.
Dana Security Consultants was contracted by SGX to design security solutions in order to enhance the level of security provided at the organization facilities in Singapore. Services included: Site survey, formulation of Security master plan, development of Technical specifications, formulation of RFP, CDR, and Supervision.
BAY PORT TERMINAL

The Bay Port Terminal - currently under construction in the Port of Haifa - scheduled to commence commercial operation during 2021. The port will be operated by SIPG (Shanghai International Group Co), one of the world's leading suppliers of container terminals and cargo terminals. The project includes the construction of a container terminal over an area of 810 acres, designated to handle 1.1 million TEU per year. The length of the planned main quay will be 800 meters at a water depth of 17.3 meters. In addition, three railways tracks will be built for cargo trains within the terminal for the efficient transport of cargo and the reduction of traffic congestion on the roads.

AFRICA CUP OF NATIONS, GABON 2017

The 2017 Africa Cup of Nations, held at Gabon was the 31st edition of the tournament, the biennial international men's football championship of Africa organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). This event was also part of the Africa Cup of Nations 60th Anniversary. The tournament took place in 4 host cities (Libreville, Frenchville, Oyem and Port Gentil.
Dana Security Consultants experts were contracted to be a part of the security consultants’ team of the event. Services included: Risk assessment, preparation of Security master plan, Design of security solutions for three (3) official stadiums according to FIFA & UEFA regulations, preparation of International tender (including Technical specifications & BOM).
GLEE HOTEL

The GLEE hotel – once completed – will be one of the leading hotels in Nairobi and will host international & national scale important events and VIP’s (such as the head of states, diplomats and politicians). The hotel complex occupies a total area of 28,159 sqm and consists of 211 hotel rooms, Night club, Reception, dining & bar areas, Conference wing, Health club & SPA, Indoor & outdoor recreation facilities.

JERUSALEM LIGHT RAIL SYSTEM

The Jerusalem Light Rail is a light rail system in Jerusalem, Israel. Currently, the Red Line is the only one in operation, the first of several light rail lines planned in Jerusalem. The Redline is 13.9 kilometers (8.6 mi) long with 23 stops. Extensions to the red line are currently under construction to the northern suburb of Neve Yaakov and to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital to the southwest. When completed in 2021, these will extend the line's length to 22.5 km. The new Green and Blue line's plans have been approved by the city of Jerusalem, with right-of-way clearing works underway.

KENYA POWER & LIGHTING COMPANY (KPLC)

Kenya Power & Lighting Company owns and operates most of the electricity transmission and distribution system in the country and sells electricity to over 4.8 million customers. The company is distributed nationally, operating year-round 24/7. Company operations are conducted and supported by thousands of employees (including sub-contractors), hundreds of facilities and operations. Corporate – HQ located at Nairobi, - structure consists of 12 divisions. The company is further divided into 10 administrative regions that encompass 47 counties.
Dana Security Consultants experts were contracted to be a part of the security consultants’ team for the project. Services included: Risk assessment (55 sites), development of Security master plan, development of Company security policy, formulation of Technical specifications, Tender and Supervision on implementation.
ISPS CODE PROJECTS

The International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code is an amendment to the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) Convention (1974/1988) on minimum security arrangements for ships, ports, and government agencies. Having come into force in 2004, it prescribes responsibilities to governments, shipping companies, shipboard personnel, and port/facility personnel to "detect security threats and take preventative measures against security incidents affecting ships or port facilities used in international trade.”
Dana Security Consultants experts were contracted to lead numerous ISPS Code projects. Services included: Port Facility Security Assessments (PFSA), Port Facility Security Plans (PFSP), security Audits, delivery of Training programs, Design of security elements, Ship Security Assessments (SSA) and Ship Security Plans (SSP). Company experts provided security consultancy services for well over 100 maritime facilities in various countries including Nigeria, Mexico, Israel, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Italy, Gabon, and Mexico.
